Neil Young and Crazy Horse cancel remaining dates on European tour

European fans of Neil Young  and Crazy Horse will be disappointed  today as they have cancelled the remaining dates on their European tour following an accident. No further explanation regarding the accident has been issued however it is believed that   guitarist Frank 'Poncho' Sampredo has broken his hand

He was due to perform two concerts  in the UK with Crazy Horse in Liverpool and London on 18th and 19th of August.



A statement on Neil Young's  website (View here)  said: "Due to an accident involving Crazy Horse, the remaining dates on the Neil Young and Crazy Horse tour of Europe and the British Isles have been cancelled.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes to our fans or the festivals where we were scheduled to appear. As you must be, we too are disappointed at this unfortunate turn of events."

Other affected shows are the  Pukkelpop festival in Belgium and the dates in  Norway, Denmark and Germany.
